Everyone knows how tough the property market is at present, but it's only like that if you don't have a targeted marketing plan backed by expert local knowledge, a great back up team, open house three days a week, stories about the property in the local press, weekly summaries on how the sales campaign is progressing and a dynamic auctioneer. Very recently (July 2017) Conor Arnold and his Richardson & Wrench Ryde team sold my West Ryde house at auction and I couldn't be happier. Conor Arnold and auctioneer Peter Baldwin were recently engaged for the sale of my late father's home. Owing to a family tragedy on Christmas day 2016, it was with great regret my wife had to sell her mother's home.
