Conor Arnold’s passion for real estate is undiminished after close to two decades in the property industry. Raised in the Kenthurst Dural area and schooled in Sydney’s north-west he has an easy familiarity with the people and places where he sells real estate.
He began his career in the property development industry, which provided him with a solid grounding in all aspects of marketing and buyer profiling. Using this knowledge he opened his first real estate office in Ryde City in 2006, making the switch to the Richardson & Wrench network in 2015.

Conor’s approach to real estate is consistent with all aspects of his personal credo – to tackle every task with professionalism and deliver the results promised. He would rather miss a listing than secure it through unsustainable hype.

A committed family man, Conor is father to three young daughters and a son with his wife Emma, who also assists in the agency along with his father, a chartered accountant. Sport plays a big part in Conor’s life outside work and before the commitments of family and owning a business he played rugby for Ryde Eastwood. He remains a member of the club. Boating is another of his consuming interests.
